Orderly connects a brand's order system to promotional-product suppliers, including apparel decorators, headwear makers, and other vendors, and handles everything between the two: product catalog data, order intake and validation, purchase-order generation, and vendor routing. A client's team places an order, and Orderly gets it made and shipped, without anyone on their side needing to touch a supplier's own systems directly.
What moves through Orderly
Custom-decorated apparel (t-shirts, polos, outerwear), headwear, drinkware, and accessories, produced with each client's own branding and shipped directly to their team or their customers.
How it works
- 1. An order is placed through a client's own storefront or ordering tool, using Orderly's API.
- 2. Orderly validates and routes it, checking product, pricing, and shipping details, then submitting it to the right supplier.
- 3. The supplier produces and ships it, with status and tracking flowing back to the client automatically.
